Where should we start?+
If there's any chance AI can move a number in your operation, start with an AI audit. Phase 0 is a fixed-fee week to find the lever. If we don't find one worth shipping, we say so and you walk away. If you already know you need branding, a website, or an app, jump straight to that service.
How much does this cost?+
AI consulting engagements are phased. Phase 0 (the embedded audit and written business case) typically runs 1 to 2 weeks. Phase 1 (the production build) typically runs 3 to 6 weeks. Fixed price per phase in SGD, with a clear exit point after each. Other services are scoped per project.
