By accessing and using the We Are Heylo website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

We Are Heylo provides digital design services including branding, web design, web development, and ongoing support. The specific scope of work for each project will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all final deliverables. We Are Heylo retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is brought current.

5. Limitation of Liability

We Are Heylo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
